Custom Industrial Textile Cutting

Laser cutting of textiles produces clean, precise results without coming into contact with the material: the edges are heat-sealed, which prevents fraying on synthetic fabrics and allows for the engraving of durable designs or markings. We use this technology in particular for digital textile cutting and laser shaping of webbing.

For more delicate materials, ultrasonic cutting and welding ensure a clean cut without excessive heat, while cold cutting—using a circular blade or electric shears—remains the best option for fabrics that cannot withstand heat treatment. This is the approach we use for cutting braids and bungee cords or for cutting ribbons to length.

Finally, for large volumes, the mattress-style cut stacks multiple layers of fabric and increases production rates—the technology we choose always depends on your material and volume, never the other way around.

Our workshops cut a wide range of materials: cotton, polyester, coated and laminated fabrics, woven and nonwoven fabrics, 3D knits, netting, felt, rubber, thick foam, leather, paper, and composite materials—including technical fabrics such asaramid.

Our cutting table can accommodate a width of up to 3.20 m, with a cutting height that can be adjusted to the thickness of your products. We process both long continuous lengths and custom-cut individual pieces, and can add engraving or durable marking depending on the material and the final use of the part.

Because we are manufacturers first and foremost, not just contract manufacturers: we not only cut wide fabrics, straps, ribbons, braids, and elastic bands —we also know how to weave them. Our automated machines and design software enable us to meet specific requirements regarding lead times, cutting tolerances, and final finish, whether for small-batch production or continuous production.

In addition to cutting alone, we incorporate additional processes as needed—ultrasonic welding, laser marking, hemming—to deliver a ready-to-use product rather than just a cut piece of fabric.
