These capabilities allow us to offer you parts of all types and in any material, tailored to your budget constraints and initial production quantities.
In many cases, this plastic machining process offers the ideal solution between your initial prototypes and the production volumes that will justify the creationof injection molds once your product reaches higher production volumes. It sometimes makes it possible to produce parts that cannot be formed through molding.

Plastic Machining: Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between plastic machining and plastic injection molding?
Injection molding requires a mold and is cost-effective only for high-volume production. Plastic machining, on the other hand, shapes the part directly from the material (block, rod, or sheet) without the need for tooling, making it suitable for prototypes, small production runs, or parts that are too large or too simple to justify a mold.
What plastic machining processes do you offer?
We offer bar turning, precision milling, and flat-bed cutting, as well as CNC turning, bending, and assembly.
Can plastic machining replace an injection mold?
For small quantities or large parts, yes. It also makes it possible to produce parts that cannot be formed using molding. For high-volume production,injection molding remains more cost-effective.
