Sur quelles matières travaillez-vous ?

Nous tissons le lin (toile de lin, toiles lourdes en lin), le coton, le polyamide, le polyester haute ténacité et l'aramide, dans une large gamme de grammages.

Proposez-vous un pré-traitement pour les tissus destinés à la vulcanisation ?

Oui, nous disposons d'une installation quasi unique en Europe de pré-traitement des tissus polyester (thermofixation, adhérisation RFL/SBR, RFL/NBR, RFL/CR), notamment pour nos toiles pré-adhérisées et nos toiles pour le calandrage du caoutchouc.

Faites-vous aussi des tissus pour l'ameublement et la décoration ?

Oui, sous la griffe Charvet Editions, notre département dédié à l'ameublement, la décoration et les arts de la table connaît une croissance continue et fonctionne désormais comme une activité autonome.

Avez-vous des toiles techniques pour un usage extérieur ou industriel ?

Oui, notamment nos toiles de plein-air, nos toiles très lourdes, ainsi que des tissus spécifiques comme la toile pour tapis d'enfournement ou la toile à couche en lin pour la boulangerie.

D'où vient la couleur de vos tissus : est-elle teinte en interne ?

Oui, notre intégration avec nos usines de filature et de teinture sur fil nous permet de maîtriser la couleur du fil avant même le tissage, pour une constance de teinte impossible à obtenir avec un sous-traitant externe.

Travaillez-vous aussi pour la maroquinerie et les arts de la table ?

Oui, nous produisons des tissus pour la maroquinerie ainsi que des tissus pour le linge de table.

Yes, our integration with our spinning and yarn-dyeing facilities allows us to control the yarn’s color even before weaving, ensuring a level of color consistency that would be impossible to achieve with an external subcontractor.
