This high-performance machine allows us to manufacture hollow plastic parts, particularly containers (bottles, jugs) with volumes ranging from 100 ml to 5,000 ml—something that would be impossible with conventional injection molding.

The blow-molding process is fully automated, from production to packaging, ensuring rapid processing and consistent quality. Our process guarantees high resistance to deformation.

Blow molding involves blowing air (or compressed gas) into a tube of thermoplastic material, called a parison, that has been preheated to a high temperature. The tube passes through a nozzle and is then injected into a blow mold: the pressurized air pushes it against the mold to give it its final shape as a hollow object.

The most common example of this technique is still glassblowing, although our expertise focuses on polymer materials. We manufacture your bottles using the stretch-blow molding process.
