This brand-new way of working is extraordinarily efficient: our customers can incorporate rigorously accurate costs into their cost prices, which include waste and the cost of subcontracting, as well as the associated transport costs.

Another big advantage is that in-process inventory is dramatically reduced and easy to track.

Cutting directly after weaving and on the same premises enables rigorous management of production batches, and, of course, cutting is carried out in real time in complete sets,

strictly eliminating any risk of mixing different dye lots.
