Sagaert Plastique : le leader français de la plasturgie technique

Our expertise

Plastic

Plastics is the Sagaert Group’s second major industrial pillar, with a fully integrated production chain:

We are specialists in injection molding, overmolding, blow molding, and plastic machining, with the unique capability of designing and manufacturing our own molds and inspection tools in-house.

Sagaert serves both the consumer goods sector and the most demanding industries: our cleanroom facilities meet the needs of the medical industry, while our zamak die-casting foundry expands our offerings to include precision metal components.

But where our group truly stands head and shoulders above the rest is when we’re called upon to design, prototype, and manufacture complex technical parts—whether in small batches or in mass production—without ever having to rely on an outside subcontractor for tooling or quality control...

Our customers save months of development and sourcing time and can quickly start production with a single point of contact, from the mold to the finished part.

Sagaert Plastics: Frequently Asked Questions

Which plastic manufacturing process should I choose for my project: injection molding, overmolding, or blow molding?

Injection molding is suitable for solid parts produced in high-volume runs; overmolding is used when a metal or textile insert needs to be integrated; and blow molding is used for hollow parts such as bottles or jugs. Contact us so we can help you choose the most suitable solution.

Do you work in the healthcare industry?

Yes, particularly through our cleanroom, which ensures a sterile environment for the injection molding and overmolding of medical devices.

Can you produce small batches or prototypes without making a mold?

Yes,plastic machining makes it possible to produce prototypes or small batches directly from the material, without the need for injection molding tools.

Do you also manufacture the molds and inspection tools?

Yes, the entire production chain is integrated at our Comines facility: from tooling manufacturing to quality control tools, so that you have a single point of contact from the mold to the finished part.

Do you also offer metal parts in addition to plastic ones?

Yes, in addition to our plastic manufacturing services, we offerzamak injection molding—a zinc die-casting process—for parts that require strength or conductivity that plastic cannot provide.

Where is your production facility located?

Our plastics processing facility is located in Comines (6 rue de l'Apothicaire, 59560 Comines), where we ensure full traceability of your products, from design to delivery.

How do I get a quote for my project?

Contact us with your design or specifications: we’ll work with you to determine the technical solution best suited to your part and your production volume.
