We have been manufacturing webbing and ribbons for more than two centuries. Of our group’s six webbing and ribbon weaving mills , three have been located in Comines for more than two centuries, while the other three are nearly a century old. This gives you an idea of the incredible technical expertise we have built up in the manufacture of webbing and ribbons! Our 600 looms produce more than one million meters of webbing and ribbons every day —in a wide range of materials and weights—which are used across all sectors of the European economy.

Straps and ribbons woven in France: a closer look
Building on more than two centuries of narrow-width weaving in Comines, in northern France, our group operates six webbing and ribbon factories, three of which are located in Comines. Their 600 looms produce more than one million meters of woven webbing and ribbons every day, made from a variety of materials: polyester, cotton, linen, polyamide, polypropylene, aramid, and spandex.
We handle every step of the process: yarn dyeing in our own workshops, weaving, manufacturing, cutting, screen printing, and injection molding of plastic buckles. Width, color, jacquard or herringbone patterns, printing, sublimation: you’ll receive a custom-made strap or personalized ribbon, with quick turnaround times and 100% French traceability.
Our straps are used in cargo securing, lifting, material handling, the automotive industry, defense, and agricultural machinery, with tensile strengths tailored to the requirements of each sector. In particular, we weave non-stretch straps, low-stretch lashing straps, straps for trucks and transport vehicles, military straps, and straps for harvesters.
Our satin, grosgrain, and cotton twill ribbons are used in leather goods, luxury brands, and events—from luxury gift-wrapping ribbons to ribbon for grand openings, as well as ribbons for medals and cotton straps for leather goods.
