Yarn dyeing

Sagaert operates two yarn-dyeing plants that are fully integrated into its textile operations, capable of processing linen and cotton as well as spun or continuous synthetic fibers. This vertical integration allows us to dye the yarns ourselves—which are then used in the manufacture of our elastic bands, straps, and ribbons—ensuring complete control over the yarn’s color all the way through to the finished product.

Our facilities are equipped with energy-efficient machinery designed to minimize environmental emissions while maintaining a consistent level of quality. We also provide extensive storage capacity for yarn awaiting allocation, a high-capacity winding and rewinding facility, as well as round-trip transportation of the material—a turnkey service designed to ensure responsiveness.

In addition to solid-color dyeing, we offer multicolored effects such as space-dye (Astro), as well as custom dyeing in large quantities. You don’t need to set up your own production: our dyed yarns allow you to order pre-colored yarn directly. Contact us to discuss your dyeing project.
