Digital textile cutting

Our three garment factories in the north of France, on the deadly front of international textile competition, continue to prosper by constantly equipping themselves with the best machinery.

Cutting fabrics before sewing is one of the most important elements in a garment factory, as it is here that the waste from cutting
must be minimized, and the precision of parts before sewing must be optimized.

Our digitized cutting equipment, duplicated on three sites, enables us to process heavy linen and cotton fabrics with cutters, as well as very light synthetic fabrics with lasers, and is controlled by state-of-the-art IT systems, enabling us to offer this service to external customers as well.

In response to strong demand, we have even installed cutting equipment directly in our Armentieres weaving mill, which can now
deliver stacks of ready-to-sew parts to customers (often in their workshops in low-cost countries)
