What is a clean room?
A cleanroom is a space in which the concentration of airborne particles (dust, aerosols) is controlled to minimize the risk of contamination of the manufactured part. Environmental Standards and Monitoring
Our facility complies with the ISO standard that classifies cleanrooms based on the maximum concentration of airborne particles per cubic meter—we adapt to the ISO class required by your industry.
The air is continuously filtered by a high-efficiency air handling unit, maintaining a constant laminar flow. Temperature, humidity, and relative pressure are continuously monitored. Access is restricted by a decontamination airlock for both personnel and equipment.
In addition to the cleanroom itself, we also have a gray room (buffer zone), where the particle concentration is maintained at a level lower than that of ambient air, with criteria that are less stringent than those of the most demanding ISO class.
