This injection-molded housing we manufacture for weapons electronics is a superb demonstration of our technical possibilities in terms of inserts overmolded directly during manufacturing!

Indeed, 17 metal parts of three different types are integrated into this case, and yet we manufacture it in a single cycle, without any rework! What's even more astonishing is that we've been able to robotize the insertion of the inserts into the mold, and the final cost price is a fraction of that which would have been generated by conventional manufacturing.

On longer production runs, we could have worked on two tools in parallel, in masked time, with a single robot, and further optimized the costs...of this type of overmolding, which is the future!

Focused on "low cost", our customers are stagnating, no longer innovating, and using subcontractors who are increasingly distant, less expensive and...less qualified!
