Plastic hardware

Here’s how the Sagaert Group, which started out as a purely textile company, became a major player in injection molding and mechanical engineering in France. It all started with a very specific customer need: users of webbing —particularly in the outdoor and industrial sectors—wanted hardware that was sturdy, functional, and fully compatible with their textile specifications.

From Straps to Plastic Parts: Integration for Better Manufacturing

To respond quickly and effectively, we decidedto addplastic injection molding to our core textile business: the first press, the first molds, the first production runs… and eventually a full range of equipment. This integration allows us to design the right buckle for every typeof application, adjust the strap width, control the load capacity, and provide reliable information on delivery times (as stated in quotes).

Plastic Fasteners: Materials, Products, and Applications

The plastic buckles are available in acetal (POM), polypropylene (PP), or other engineering polymers, in black or white— , other colors such as beige are available depending on your color code. Each part is designed for durability, safety, and compatibility with our inspection tools.
