We weave or knit elastic ribbons that really stand up to fire and extreme heat.
Depending on the performance required, we can apply a flame-retardant treatment to any type of elastic ribbon , making it non-combustible, or, if the characteristics required are extreme, we can weave the ribbon directly from aramid, glass or para-aramid fibers, combined with special flame-retardant rubber.
In all cases, the result will meet your technical requirements.
Widths, colors, densities and fire ratings will meet your specifications. We generally manufacture to order, but can also apply a fire-retardant treatment to a wide range of elastics available from stock.
