In some cases, as in this photo, we supply an elastomer shell or band, which the customer then mounts on the product, or provides as an accessory.

It could be to encapsulate a tiny electronic component, or to protect a small satellite from impact.

Elastic protection can be molded directly onto a metal part, or small protective dots can be made to be placed on fragile parts of the object to be protected.

Depending on the temperature conditions, the effort required and the quantities to be produced, we can switch from single-unit cold silicone casting to low-pressure molding or injection molding.
