Painted Zamak Parts

At Sagaert, we’ve found that a zamak part isn’t judged solely on its precision: as soon as it’s visible, its finish matters just as much as its geometry. However, having cast parts painted is often complicated, especially for small production runs, given the minimum order quantities required and the number of parties involved.

That is why our Zamak injection-molded parts benefit from the modern painting facilities in our sheet metal fabrication division. This allows us to produce them in any color—with a matte, glossy, or textured finish—and achieve a perfect finish, even for small-volume production runs.

But the benefits don't stop there: since molding and painting are done in-house, you have a single point of contact, and there are no additional lead times from subcontractors.
