The principle is simple: this inspection jig checks whether a part respects the theoretical dimensions to which tolerances have been added. If the part is compliant and within tolerances, it "passes" into the control tool (Go side). The NoGo side applies off-tolerance dimensions and ensures that the part does not exceed the validated (NoGo) tolerances. In two simple, ergonomic operations, the operator can check whether a specific rib on his part is correct, without using fragile, complex checking fixtures.
