We have found that springs are often a problem for all our customers of sheet metal, tube, machined and mechanically welded metal products. Although they don't represent much in the way of cost, springs are a major nuisance, and are often the weak point in sophisticated, costly assemblies.

Moreover, the small quantities used make it difficult to find efficient and motivated suppliers. To solve this problem, Sagaert has also integrated the manufacture of all types of compression, extension and flexion springs into a dedicated plant, directly equipped with the best digital equipment, so as to be able to produce any spring required by our customers within an immediate timeframe, with perfect quality and repeatability, and above all, with the ability to manufacture both specific single springs and large series.

Our in-house equipment enables us to carry out all the necessary heat treatments, end milling, painting and, above all, all the durability and evolution tests according to the number of cycles required to determine the true technical characterization of your springs, which will finally become an integral part of your manufacturing files...
