Less than ten years ago, the Metal Division of the Sagaert Group set up an ultra-modern plant dedicated exclusively to sheet metal working. This very recent facility boasts the best punching, sheet metal bending, welding and painting equipment available on the market. Equipped with several self-loading laser-cutting machines, welding robots, a mirror-polishing facility and a high-performance powder-coating tunnel, it produces superb-quality assemblies.

The very wide range of equipment and the flexibility with which it can be used mean that relatively small production runs can be handled economically, with very short lead-times.

On the other hand, since each machine is equipped with automatic loading/unloading systems that can operate even without a human presence, the cost of mass production often makes outsourcing obsolete!

Our close proximity to the Sagaert Group's milling, turning, wire and tube processing plants is the decisive factor that sets us apart from our sheet metal colleagues: we are integrated assemblers of complex sub-assemblies.
