Making plastic parts is easy....if you have the right tools!

This is why, over the years, Sagaert Plastique has added four subsidiaries dedicated to the fully integrated design and manufacture in France of all the tooling needed to produce injection-molded parts with a real level of excellence.

Molds, of course, in three plants: one specialized in large tools (up to 40-ton molds...), the second in smaller, highly technical molds, enabling competitive injection rates, and the third in aluminum tools for thermoforming, compression, cutting, as well as the custom manufacture of gripping hands adapted to our ultra-modern robots.

Sagaert also hasa factory dedicated to the manufacture of sophisticated inspection jigs , which are undoubtedly the most effective way of ensuring perfect quality in plastics processing.

This means our customers only have to deal with a single supplier, who is responsible for the entire project, and does not have to get involved in any conflicts between the injector and its tooling supplier!
