Sagaert Plastique, exclusively based in France for its injection molding and precision mechanics activities, has recently launched a highly successful extrusion/blow-molding department, magnificently equipped with the best technology available, including a servo-controlled capping/marking/labeling line.

Current production capacity is already high, at around 30,000 one-liter bottles a day with capping, and is rising steadily.

On the other hand, our very recent and flexible equipment enables us to vary production very quickly, and above all, to integrate new bottles into our manufacturing program, even in reduced volumes.

Sagaert has 4 precision engineering subsidiaries dedicated exclusively to the production of injection and blow molds, which is an enormous asset when our customers need to launch new containers to very tight deadlines.

The injection plant in the extrusion blow-molding building also produces the corresponding caps and lids whenever our customers require them, enabling them to

to have just one global supplier... responsible for the entire bottle.
