Even before it began producing bottles and containers by extrusion/blow molding, the Sagaert group was already a major player in northern France in the manufacture of countless injection-molded products, as you can see in another section of this website.

These include stoppers, lids, caps and dosers for numerous customers in the...bottling sector.

Of course, we've increased production still further by integrating it into our custom-bottling offer whenever it suits our customers, which is often!

Most of the time, our customers ask us to develop a bottle and an adapted closure in parallel, but sometimes, on the contrary, our mission is to develop a closure that will fit an existing container or, on the contrary, to manufacture a bottle that will keep an existing cap.

No problem at all, in fact. We even have no trouble reproducing a screw pitch in extrusion/blow molding that's precise enough to be used directly with a stopper designed for an injected/blow-molded bottle.

In short, we have mastered this passionate and sometimes stormy marriage of container and closure.
