A large number of shaped parts are circular or elliptical, and require welding to be usable. Sagaert has a number of electric welding machines for this purpose, adapted to the diameters and carbon contents of the metal wires being processed.

 

For certain high-volume production runs, such as metal hoops for automobile hubcaps, the welding process is fully automated and robotized as it leaves the forming machines.

 

Conversely, our manual machines enable us to weld small batches of components at lower cost.
