Our northern sheet metal shop combines the flexibility of a human-scale workshop with the power of a high-tech equipment park. Our core business is metal processing, including all stages of cutting, bending, welding (manual or robotized) through to surface treatment and final assembly.
Complex parts are manufactured in short cycles, entirely in-house, without subcontracting. This enables us to operate quickly and efficiently in the following sectors street furnituremanufacturing industry, or for signage, structural or technical support products.
Our workshops are also capable of producing customized components, whether prototypes, modifications or series, in strict compliance with the requirements of our professional customers.
The industrial sheet metal work SAGAERT works with all types of metal, from the most common to the most technical: steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass. The choice of material is adapted to each solution, depending on the environment, function and technical constraints.
Parts can be rough-finished, bead-blasted, brushed or powder-coated in a full range of RAL colors.
We manufacture standard and non-standard formats, integrating every parameter from the outset: shape, strength, weight, aesthetics, anti-corrosion treatment.
