Machining metal parts

Sagaert, a 100% French company, has diversified over the years to become a major player in metal machining. Based in Northern France, our metal machining division has five ultra-modern plants equipped with the latest technology.

Three make specific molds forplastic injection molding, and press tools, with a wide range of possibilities from 40-ton molds to special micro-tools.

Two other plants excel in the machining of soft materials (aluminum, Lab, resins, etc.), in very large or very small dimensions, meeting an infinite number of needs (prototyping and mock-ups, fixtures, control tools, thermoforming, cutting, molding, etc.).

Of course, all the sites are rapidly developing numerous 3D printing processes with different techniques on a whole range of printers...
