Digital textile design
What does "digital design" mean in the old sewing industry?
The answer is in this photo:
A customer operating in highly technical fields wants to develop an electronic assembly and protect it from shock and weather, and regulate its temperature,
carry it on a man's back, and don't overweight it.
After several unsuccessful attempts with plastic, he settled on our group without too much hope.
We ask him to send us the DFN of his electronic components, and the rest is ... magic, just like our industrial organization:
Our industrial sheet metal design office (a major SAGAERT subsidiary) draws a 3D metal plate, which will support all the customer's electronic components,
and this same digital definition of the turntable is taken over by the design office which builds, still on computer, all the complex fabric, foam and straps which will constitute
an envelope rigorously adapted to the requirements...
All that's left is to cut and sew the bag components, make a prototype, and validate all the tests.
Development time is cut by a factor of three compared with the traditional empirical approach, we deliver the bag and turntable to the customer at the same time, and... the whole project is a complete success!
It's this comprehensive, intelligent and efficient approach that we propose to implement for each of your projects, with the precision to match your needs.
to avoid unnecessarily complicating a simple project!
