It's the flexible polymer cover of an armrest airbag, incorporating both a deep-drawn metal part and a polypropylene retaining strap.

All three components are manufactured within the SAGAERT Group: the webbing, in one of our seven weaving plants, the metal part, in our stamping shop, and the overmolding, in Comines at Sagaert Plastique.

Even the mold is made completely in-house at one of our four tooling plants, and always in France.

This part is molded in a single operation, with no further assembly required.
