Two-coat paint

Powder coating of metal parts is in many ways the best technique for achieving truly perfect color rendition and texture, and the end result on sheet metal and tube assemblies is often absolutely stunning.
The minimal impact on the environment, the absence of solvents and the recovery of unapplied powders are also very important assets.
The only weak point of this technique was its resistance to very long-term weathering, which is why we have greatly improved our installation by adding an in-line anti-corrosion treatment station before powder coating, enabling us to obtain excellent results in terms of resistance to external aggression, without any major price drift, and without falling back into the environmental problems and rather crude appearance of liquid paints...
