Wide fabrics
	The Sagaert group is currently one of the last French weavers, which markets its own productions, thus preserving all its reactivity and technical know-how. This policy is the key to the durability of the activity, and it is the industrial integration of our spinning and dyeing plants that makes it so efficient. Our 60 Dorniers looms are very versatile, and produce a wide range of fabrics and cloths of all materials and various grammages.
The technical fabrics activity is very efficient, solidly supported by an uncompromising quality policy and an obsessive concern to understand the customer's manufacturing issues. This sector has an almost unique installation in Europe for the pre-treatment of polyester fabrics intended to be vulcanized (Thermofixing, RFL/SBR, RFL/NBR, and RFL/CR adhesion). At the same time, under the "Charvet Edition" label, we are recording, year after year, a record progression of our activities in furniture, decoration and tableware, which now constitute an autonomous department of the company.

We weave a huge variety of light and heavy fabrics for industrial use :

Superb fabrics for luxury leather goods, cases, pouches and bags, synthetic fabrics for luggage, as well as coating supports.

sophisticated equipment for the rubber industry (our adhesion treatment equipment makes us a key player in Europe in this activity).

Linen cloths for bakery, jute for furniture, polypropylene or Rastex for filtration, Nomex, Kevlar, Kermel, for high technology are also continuous productions with us.

The reinforcement of our two technical confections factories, in the north of France and in Normandy, is particularly valuable for our customers, who can supply ready-made assemblies without going through a host of intermediaries.

Sagaert is ready to quickly supply you with any heavy or light fabric you need, and to dye, treat, cut, customize them to provide you with finished products that can be integrated directly into your process.

Furnishing fabrics

Alongside our technical and industrial weaving activities, we have developed a superb range of household linen and furnishing fabrics whose manufacturing quality makes us one of the major players in the market.

Thanks to our exclusively European supplies and our 100% French manufacturing in our workshops we guarantee our customers high quality products. Our experience in weaving and more particularly in linen weaving for more than 150 years now, combined with finishing treatments that make our fabrics extremely soft and pleasant to the touch, allows us to propose new trendy products to our customers every year.

As a weaver we can of course offer you rolls of fabric, but with our own weaving mill we are also able to supply you with ready-made products.

Our finished products such as tablecloths, napkins, table runners, tea towels, aprons and other bed linen are shipped daily all over the world.

More than just a simple garment, our workshop allows us a very great flexibility and an excellent speed of execution. Thus we can make a small series of products customized to your image (embroidery, silkscreen printing etc. ...).
