Bungees / elastic cables
	In our brand new factory in Comines, in the North of France, we weave bungee cords from 1mm to 35mm in diameter, in all materials, all colours and all elongations, over an area of 6,000 square metres. We only use top quality multi-strand latex to guarantee you the best performing articles on the market. Our ultra-modern machinery with more than 600 braiding heads enables us to offer you very specific articles according to your specifications: fireproof bungee cords, extreme elongation, high resistance to abrasion or breakage…
	Of course, all presentations are possible: bulk cardboard, large reels, small reels, but above all, we have a large packaging plant in the factory which allows us to offer you directly cut bungee cords, made with hooks, tilting ends, buckles, metal hooks, ferrules or any other subassembly you need…

Cords / halyards
	We also manufacture an incredible amount of rigid round items in our factories. From classic halyards to very specific items, our design office will answer all your requests concerning this type of braid. In natural or synthetic materials, the mechanical and/or aesthetic properties of our articles are at the heart of our concerns, which is why more and more distributors and manufacturers are calling on our know-how.

Flat braids

The automotive, stationery, military and clothing industries are among the sectors with a high demand for our flat articles, whether elastic or rigid. Our equipment enables us to offer a very wide range of different products, from 7 to 48 bobbins, in widths from 2 to 50mm. In both small and large series, our productions are optimised to guarantee you once again unprecedented flexibility and reactivity.

Great novelty, we now offer flat bungee cords = tubular elastic allowing easy sewing on all supports while maintaining an excellent restoring force.

Laces

We are equipped with the most modern equipment to offer you all types of finishes on our cords.

We have a wide range of laces for shoes or garments, with crimping by plastic or metal needles. Packed in bulk cardboard, strapped with a plastic ring or even in blister packs.

In addition to the type of laces that can be fully customised (colour, diameter), we offer a customisation service for needles (colour + text), strapping rings (logo or text), and/or blister pack (custom printing).
