Moulds and tools

Making plastic parts is very easy....if you have the right tools!

This is why Sagaert Plastique has, over the years, set up four subsidiaries dedicated to the design and fully integrated manufacture in France of all the tools needed to produce injected parts with a real level of excellence.

Moulds, of course, in three specialised factories, one for large tools (up to 40 tonnes...), the second for smaller, highly technical moulds, enabling competitive injection rates to be obtained, and the third for aluminium tools for thermoforming, compression, cutting, as well as the manufacture of customised gripping hands adapted to our ultra-modern robots.

Sagaert also has a factory dedicated to the manufacture of sophisticated control jigs, which are undoubtedly the most efficient way to ensure perfect quality in plastics processing.

Our customers thus know only one supplier, who is solely responsible for the entire project, and do not have to get involved in any possible conflicts between the injector and its tooling supplier!!
