Today, Sagaert plastique operates around fifty ultra-modern electric injection moulding machines of all capacities, equipped with the best peripheral equipment available.

The successive integration of three mould factories, a control jig factory into the group, and three design offices accelerate this development every day. Whether you need parts weighing a few grams or a few kilos, technical parts or appearance parts, prototype series or multi-cavity moulds with very fast speeds, or overmoulding or bi-injection, you will find at Sagaert plastique an adapted response integrating the best tooling solution.

In recent years, Sagaert Plastique has established itself in the production of food packaging for very large series and in the production of mass-market laboratory products:

Two rooms in a controlled, filtered and over-press atmosphere, equipped with state-of-the-art ultra-clean electric presses, centralised material supply, automatic packaging and wrapping allow us to meet very sophisticated needs.

Our ultra-fast production rates and the quality of our tools enable us to supply certain customers with injected packaging in volumes of 1,500,000 pieces per day!

The systematic investment policy applied in this structure enables us to provide our customers with constantly increasing production capacities.
