Tube processing

The acquisition of an ultra-modern laser-tube and a double-head digital bending machine was the starting point of a flourishing new activity for the SAGAERT group:

Working on different materials such as steel, aluminium and stainless steel; round, square, rectangular or profiled shapes (angle, UPE, UPN...), we deliver everywhere in France, with deadlines respecting your request, with the appropriate packaging (pallets, cardboard, boxes...).

The tube can be cut into any shape, and shaped in different ways:

Cutting for bending, mitre cutting, notching, marking, engraving, material removal, cutting of all geometrical shapes, are some examples of our possibilities.

We can work on Your material, or thanks to our large choice of very reactive suppliers, you will get the material you require.

The tube can be shaped and "finished" using different processes:

The bending (from variable to fixed radius on any type of tube and round, square, rectangular, oblong section,

Tapping, flow drilling, drilling, tapping....

Shaping and working of the tube ends (shrinking, crushing...)

Assembly, welding and painting (located in a new building, this branch benefits from painting facilities, large welding capacities, and an assembly workshop to provide you with a finished product)

This unit is competent to perform laser cutting on tubes and profiles, including shaping, bending and finishing. This activity is a very dynamic division of the group, we offer you a global solution from design to finished product.

Numerous productions integrate the know-how of tube and sheet metal working, as well as the use of plastic or textile elements produced in-house.
