We have noticed that in all of our customers in metal products made of sheet metal, tubes, machining, mechanical welding, springs often pose a problem:

Although they do not represent much financially in the product, the springs have a great capacity for nuisance and often constitute the weak point of sophisticated and expensive assemblies. In addition, the small quantities used make it difficult to find efficient and motivated suppliers.

It is to solve this problem that Sagaert has also integrated the manufacturing of all types of compression, traction and bending springs in a dedicated factory, directly equipped with the best digital equipment in order to be able to produce in an immediate time frame any spring required by our customers, with a perfect level of quality and repeatability and, above all, with the capacity to manufacture both the specific unit spring and the large series.

Our equipment allows us to carry out internally all the necessary heat treatments, milling of the ends, painting and, above all, all the durability and evolution tests according to the number of cycles that allow us to determine a real technical characterization of your springs that will finally become an integral part of your manufacturing files .
