Sheet metal processing

Less than ten years ago, the Metal Division of the Sagaert Group set up an ultra-modern plant exclusively dedicated to sheet metal working. Very recently, this unit has the best punching, sheet metal bending, welding and painting equipment available on the market. It is also equipped with several laser cutting machines with automatic loading, welding robots, mirror polishing equipment, and a high-performance powder coating tunnel, and produces high quality assemblies.

The very great diversity of equipment and their great flexibility of implementation makes it possible to economically handle relatively small series with very short lead times.

On the other hand, since each machine has been equipped with automatic loading/unloading systems that are operational even without human presence, the cost of manufacturing large series often makes the use of outsourcing obsolete!

The immediate proximity of the Sagaert Group's milling, turning, wire and tube processing plants is the determining factor that differentiates us from our sheet metal colleagues: we are indeed integrated assemblers in the manufacturing of complex sub-assemblies.
